As an independent business we can respond quickly to the changing circumstances to make sure that we take care of our customers, our team, and partners.
We have instigated work-from-home for some of our team and our system is set-up so that all our team can work remotely to ensure that our service continues. With home and remote working the team can reduce their exposure to the virus and maintain their health and keep everything running.
Our emails and telephone lines are all active and we can deal with your enquiries as and when you need to contact us.
Our production facilities in the UK and Portugal are operating with social distancing measures in place. We are receiving regular deliveries from the factories to ensure we can maintain good stock levels and deliver custom made orders within the time frame offered.
SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT
We are operating a normal shipping service at present. There may be some minor delays with international shipments, but overall, there have been no major delays reported.
Public Health England have advised that the there is no risk of contracting Coronavirus through receiving parcels.
Our logistics team are operating safe working practices in accordance with government guidelines.

Extended period for exchanges – in the current situation we understand that it may be difficult for you to go out if you need to return your order and we have extended our return period to 60 days – to provide you with more time to make the return.
