Please ensure you have complied with the Returns/Packing requirements.

Take the parcel to your Post Office or Courier Company, you are responsible for the postage/shipping cost and for the return of the product(s) until the parcel is received at our Warehouse.

As soon as we receive your parcel we will contact you to confirm it has arrived. At any time in the process please feel free to contact me if you are unsure about the procedure.

Please clearly display the attached label on the outside of your parcel. Any international returns without this label will be rejected at customs and will not be able to receive a refund or exchange.

You must protect the shoe box during shipment, e.g. plastic / courier bag or another box, you must not apply adhesive tape or labels directly to the box.
Ensure you retain a receipt from your carrier/shipper for the returned parcel, as product(s) lost during transit cannot be refunded.
