Please ensure you have complied with the Returns Policy and the packing/labelling requirements.
Take the parcel to your Post Office or shipping company, you are responsible for the postage/shipping cost and for the return of the product(s) until the parcel is received at our Warehouse.
As soon as we receive your returned order we will contact you to confirm it has arrived. At any time, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team if you are unsure about the procedure.
Please clearly display the attached label on the outside of your parcel. Any international return without this label may be rejected at Customs and the parcel may be returned to you with costs and we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
You must protect the footwear box during shipment, e.g. plastic / courier bag or another outer box, you must not apply adhesive tape or labels directly to the box.
Ensure you retain a receipt from your carrier/shipper for the returned parcel, as product(s) lost during transit cannot be refunded.
